The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the overall delivery of the single-family home model, aligning your efforts with company objectives, metrics, and policies. We are looking for an experienced and self-driven individual to work using their own initiative.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- P&L production and investor reporting packs
- Provide support in the preparation of annual business plans
- KPI & budget variance reporting
- Council tax reconciliation & payments
- Reporting on deferred income and rent arrears
- Performing and overseeing accounts receivable and payable duties
- Bank reconciliations
- Key contact for auditor queries
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
EXPERIENCE
- The candidate should be Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of working within accountancy and finance
- Advantageous having a similar previous role within industry, particularly in the property management industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint - experience using property management software or Xero is preferred
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and an ability to handle advanced conversations in a professional and customer-focused manner
