Moda, New York Square contains 515 one-, two- and three-bed homes and forms part of Caddick Group's £300m SOYO regeneration masterplan.

Residents have access to 24,000 sq ft of amenity space, and along with the local community, 30,000 sq ft of lettable commercial space.

The homes are contained in two c-shaped, 16-storey blocks, with rooftop views across Leeds and a new public courtyard between them.

The neighbourhood was inspired by the local artistic community, with neighbours including Leeds Playhouse, Northern College of Music, Northern College of Ballet, Yorkshire Dance and the Wardrobe.
