The neighbourhood opened in September 2021 with more than 40% of its 325 homes already reserved.

Amenity space at The Lexington includes a gym, roof terrace, private dining room and cinema room. Located on the 17th floor of the tower, the spaces offer beautiful views of the Three Graces.

The project forms part of part of Peel L&P's £5b Liverpool Waters scheme. he biggest single regeneration project in the history of the city, Liverpool Water's is set to transform 60.
