THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
With growing communities across the UK, we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to support on day-to-day marketing responsibilities in our housing division.
Working directly with the Moda Family Homes Marketing Manager, responsibilities can include social media management, creating email campaigns, supporting on resident communications and organising seasonal events, amongst other general marketing tasks.
The ideal candidate will have existing marketing experience, ideally with a broad marketing skill set and a passion for brand. Knowledge of the property industry is desirable but not essential.
The role will be primarily based in the Harrogate office, with flexibility to work in our Wetherby office as needed. You will report into the Marketing Manager, as well as working closely with the wider marketing team across PR, digital and design to support on projects as needed.
Moda has projects across the UK, and the role includes occasional travel to some of the UK’s most exciting cities to view our neighbourhoods.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Supporting our mission to place Moda Family Homes as the UK’s number one single-family housing (SFH) brand, you’ll work with the Marketing Manager to review and implement marketing efforts across a number of different locations and target demographics, in line with the marketing strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
• Supporting the Marketing Manager on mobilisation tasks - such as show home design, site branding installs and photoshoots.
• Managing B2C & B2B social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Roll out the annual resident engagement plan across all neighbourhoods as set by the Marketing Manager, including seasonal events and monthly playlists.
• Review and manage the resident app to ensure content is kept up to date - including lifestyle blogs, chat forums, home guides and notifications.
• Ensure website content is current - including photography, lifestyle blogs, news etc.
• Outreach to regional and national brands to secure new resident partnerships.
• Support Operational teams with reactive resident communications via our resident app.
• Support leasing team with content requirements such as leasing brochures, parking plans, neighbourhood plans.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing related role or studies
• Experience in digital marketing such as email campaigns and social media management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Agile and able to work to tight deadlines
• A passion for design, brand and/or creativity
• An ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
• Experience in the residential property industry would be beneficial
• Experience in CRM systems (Hubspot would be an advantage)
• Canva or Adobe CC experience is beneficial to help create engaging content
