Loudon’s Yard launches in style!

We proudly celebrated the launch of our newest Birmingham neighbourhood, Moda, Loudon’s Yard, with an event at the legendary Simpsons restaurant in Edgbaston!

Set in a gorgeous Grade II-listed Georgian villa, Simpsons has held a Michelin star since 1999 – so with three decades of culinary excellence under its belt, where else could we possibly hold our launch dinner?

The evening brought together the great and good of Birmingham’s cultural scene to learn more about the new neighbourhood and find out what makes Edgbaston such a vibrant community.

Moda, Loudon's Yard is right next to renowned local hotspots like Chapter, Loki Wines, Smoke & Ash, The Blue Piano and The High Field, so our launch dinner was just a taste of things to come – excuse the pun!

The new neighbourhood features 398 beautiful homes for rent with our trademark best-in-class amenities, services and tech, as well as a dedicated on-site team to assist residents with anything they might need.

Being just a stone’s throw from the city centre, and close to Birmingham City University and Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Edgbaston really is the perfect location for Moda, Loudon’s Yard, and we can wait to welcome our first residents soon!
