Moda Group win two HomeViews Resident Choice awards

It's a very happy Friday for Team Moda as we’ve won TWO HomeViews Resident Choice Awards!

The 476-home Moda, The McEwan in Edinburgh was named top rated BTR community in Scotland, while the 515-home Moda, New York Square in Leeds was named top rated BTR community in the North-East.

These awards means so much to us because they're based on verified resident reviews – no judges, no panels, no submission forms - and we put our residents at the heart of everything we do.
