Moda supports Birmingham Children’s Hospital

More than £525 has been raised by Moda and partners to support Birmingham Children's Hospital during a successful public consultation for the next phase of our New Garden Square masterplan this week.

Moda is proposing to deliver a 37-storey building which would deliver around 450 new homes in the Ladywood area of Birmingham. The vision for New Garden Square could provide up to 1,600 much-needed new homes, as well as £6m of new park and public spaces and a range of commercial and community facilities.
