Property Week: Moda Living reveals 1,600-home Birmingham masterplan

Developer and operator Moda Living has presented a 1,600-home masterplan it is undertaking with Calthorpe Estates for the Edgbaston district of Birmingham.

The 11-acre development at New Garden Square, where it is already building 392 build-to-rent (BTR) homes, will also include shops, cafés, restaurants and a pavilion building at the site’s gateway.
