James Huggins, 56, had low expectations when he moved from London to Leeds this year. “I thought it was going to be a lonely move up here, that I would live alone. I don’t know anybody in Leeds other than my business partner,” he says. “But as soon as I moved, I found out the social life here is fantastic.”
