Moda celebrates four wins at the 2026 Love to Rent Awards

Moda has been recognised with four awards at the 2026 Love to Rent Awards, winning every category entered, including the prestigious Operator of the Year and Developer of the Year titles.

The awards, which celebrate excellence, innovation and achievement across the UK Build-to-Rent sector, were held at The Londoner in Leicester Square, recognising the people, places and partnerships helping to raise standards across the industry.

Moda's four wins were:

• Operator of the Year – Moda
• Developer of the Year – Moda
• Development of the Year – Hove Central by Moda
• BTR Collaboration Award – Moda and Aviva Capital Partners for Stone Yard in Digbeth, Birmingham

The business also received a Highly Commended recognition in the Say Property Lead to Lease Award, following a series of independent mystery shops across Moda's UK-wide portfolio of rental neighbourhoods, recognising the quality of its leasing and resident-facing teams.

This year's entries were assessed by an independent panel of 16 senior industry figures, including representatives from the British Property Federation, The Property Institute, Notting Hill Genesis, Quintain Living, Assael Architecture, The Wellcome Trust, Muse and the John Lewis Partnership.

Each entry underwent a two-stage judging process, with judges scoring submissions independently before coming together to agree the winners.

The results recognise Moda's work across the full lifecycle of rental living, from the planning and delivery of new neighbourhoods to their ongoing operation and the experience provided to residents.
