Casa by Moda wins Love to Rent Neighbourhood of the Year Award

Casa by Moda’s Glasgow community, Casa, Vista Park, has won Single Family Rental Development of the Year at the 2024 Love to Rent Awards.

Casa, Vista Park was the first Casa by Moda neighbourhood to open its doors almost one year ago. With 156 homes ranging from two-to four-bedroom houses, as well as one-to-two-bedroom apartments, Casa Vista Park is now a thriving multi-generational neighbourhood.

Matt Townson, Director of Developments and Projects at Casa by Moda, said of the win: “It is an exciting time for single-family housing as the industry continues to grow and mature.
