React News: Aviva and Moda Living team up for £400m Birmingham BTR scheme

Aviva Capital Partners (ACP) has entered into a joint venture with Moda Living to develop a £400m build-to-rent project in Digbeth, Birmingham

To be called Stone Yard, the development will offer 1,000 build-to-rent apartments on a four acre regeneration site acquired from Gallagher Developments and Court Collaboration. The site is close to Birmingham New Street station and the forthcoming HS2 station.
