Moda, Hove Central has already had a positive impact on the local community through its close and much-valued engagement with it. I look forward to seeing the ambitious public art projects come to fruition over the coming months and years.”

Peter Kyle, MP for Hove, said: “It is hugely rewarding to see Moda, Hove Central opens its doors to residents. Moda Living has been an engaged and committed partner throughout the planning and construction phases of this project which I have no doubt will continue as the first residents move in and the neighbourhood takes its place as a long-term member of the Hove community. I am excited to welcome the new residents and help them to become valued new members of the neighbourhood here in Hove."

James Blakey, Planning and Engagement Director at Moda Group, said: "This is a huge milestone for Moda and the wider Hove community. Even before construction began on site, we worked closely with Brighton & Hove City council and the local community to create a neighbourhood that would have a lasting impact for generations to come. As well as bringing much-needed new homes to Hove, we have already had a positive impact on the cultural life of the city and there is much more to come.
