Moda named Rental Operator of the Year with 13 wins at the HomeViews Resident Choice Awards

Moda Living has been recognised with thirteen national and regional awards at the 2026 HomeViews Resident Choice Awards, marking a significant milestone for the business and reinforcing its position as one of the UK’s leading build-to-rent operators.

Among the evening’s top honours, Moda Living was named Best Large Rental Operator, alongside a series of development and team awards spanning multiple regions across the UK. The HomeViews Resident Choice Awards are determined entirely by verified resident reviews and data. As a result, the awards provide a unique and transparent reflection of the lived experience within rental neighbourhoods across the UK.

The Resident Team Member of the Year award, won by Moses Fuad and Peter Gichuhi of The Mercian’s night team, was determined by the highest number of positive mentions in resident reviews nationally, highlighting the direct impact of exceptional service on community experience.
