Casa by Moda announces East Midlands Debut

Moda Group-run Single Family Housing platform Casa by Moda is set to open its first neighbourhood in the East Midlands, where it will launch 114 new homes for renters in Nottingham.

The neighbourhood, which will be called Casa, North Valley, is set to welcome its first residents in Spring 2025 and comprises a blend of new two- and three-bedroom family homes operated for the long term by Casa by Moda.

The new neighbourhood, which has been acquired from housebuilder Strata Homes, is located on Radford Road in New Basford. The neighbourhood is ideally located for families, professionals and students, with Nottingham City Centre just a 15-minute drive away. Several tram stops can also be found within a ten-minute walk, providing easy connectivity to key commuter links including Nottingham City Hospital and Nottingham Trent University. New footpaths to local roads will also be created as part of the development for convenient transport accessibility.

Casa, North Valley is also close to local shops and amenities, as well as local green spaces such as Vernon Park and Sports Pavilion. The neighbourhood also benefits from being located within a mile of several top-rated primary and secondary schools, fitting for growing families.

At Casa, North Valley, as with all Casa by Moda neighbourhoods, residents will enjoy deposit alternative, pet-friendly renting designed around exceptional service, cutting-edge technology, wellbeing, and sustainable living. As a long-term operator of the homes, Casa by Moda will offer residents security of tenure and professionalised operations, providing the community with a secure lifestyle and a longstanding home.

Services on offer to residents will include superfast broadband and innovative smart technology, such as smart home security systems and doorbells, as well as environmental monitoring devices provided by Casa by Moda’s technology partner, Utopi.
